DMEXCO 2025 Recap

TYPO3's DMEXCO 2025 Recap
The TYPO3 team traveled to Cologne for this year’s DMEXCO. Our latest appearance at Europe’s largest digital marketing conference was a special opportunity to engage with the movers and shakers in the marketing and e-commerce space, delivering a platform on which we, alongside our partners, showcased the latest in open source content management, and new developments in the TYPO3 project.
We’ve summarized some of the highlights from our attendance, and have included information about where we’ll be next.
The TYPO3 Experience Hub
As in 2024, TYPO3 had a dedicated booth at DMEXCO, where the company, alongside attending partners, were able to engage with attendees seeking to learn more about us. This year, we wanted to make our presence more interactive, and offer attendees unique insights and the opportunity to learn. That’s why we launched the TYPO3 Experience Hub.
Over the course of two days, representatives from our attending partner agencies delivered talks on a wide range of topics covering everything from SEO, to security, publishing workflows, and AI. The Experience Hub proved to be a success both in terms of the valuable subject matter and the engagement it brought.

Engaging with Attendees
Marketing and tech audiences are the primary demographic at DMEXCO, and our booth enabled us, along with our partners, to communicate how TYPO3 contributes to security, performance, and scalability in real projects. Our booth screen covered some of the most important success stories from around the TYPO3 ecosystem, and our presence at the conference was a great way to boost visibility, especially among decision makers in digital business.
We also had the opportunity to receive several representatives from other companies at our booth. From sales representatives to marketing decision makers, we found the engagement very valuable as we continue to interact with the digital marketing ecosystem.

Showing TYPO3 as More than a Product
Alongside our partners, DMEXCO proved to be a great opportunity for us to demonstrate how TYPO3 is more than just a CMS, but a living project that is continuously evolving to meet shifting demands, and rapidly changing industry landscapes.
We emphasized the importance of collaboration, and the central role TYPO3’s community plays in growing the project. The cooperative presence of six different partner agencies at our booth illustrated the strength of our ecosystem, with all of us working together in a collaborative manner to deliver real value to interested parties.

Where to Next?
If you missed out on the chance to speak to us and visit the TYPO3 Experience Hub at DMEXCO, don’t worry. We will be on-site in Berlin at Smart Country Convention, from 30 September to 1 October.
There will be a new set of partners and a series of new talks taking place where you can get in touch with our community, learn the latest trends, and share your experiences while we work together to find how TYPO3 can support your needs.
